Training Plan

Air Plan Aviation Cabin Crew Training Organisation (EL.CCTO.129) has developed the Initial Cabin Crew Training Course for applicants wishing to become Cabin crew in the airline environment. The objective of the Initial Training is to familiarize the applicants with the aviation environment and to acquire sufficient general knowledge and basic proficiency required to perform the duties and discharge the responsibilities related to the safety of passengers and flight during normal, abnormal and emergency operations.

All successful candidates receive the Cabin Crew Attestation with which they can be selected by airlines throughout Europe to proceed with Type-related training and join the cabin crew in different airplanes.

Entry Requirements 

In order to issue the Cabin Crew Attestation the applicants:

  • Shall be at least 18 years of age.
  • Shall assess, in accordance with the applicable requirements of Annex IV (Part-MED) to
  • Regulation (EU) No 1178/2011, as physically and mentally fit to perform their duties and discharge their responsibilities safely; and
  • Have successfully completed the cabin crew initial training and checking.

Training Elements

Theoretical Training 88 hours

Practical training consists of Fire Drills, Wet Drills – use of life vests and rafts, use of emergency equipment, evacuation methods etc.
