MCC(A) MULTI CREW COOPERATION

The aim of the course:

The aim of the course is to become proficient in multi-crew co-operation (MCC) in order to operate safely multi-pilot multi-engine aeroplanes under IFR. The MCC course shall comprise at least 25 hours of theoretical knowledge instruction and 20 hours of practical MCC training. The MCC training shall be accomplished within six months.

Pre-entry requirements

An applicant for the MMC(A) course shall have one of the following:

  • CPL (Frozen ATPL), PPL/IR or CPL/IR

Training Syllabi

The course shall comprise:

  • Theoretical knowledge instruction; The Theoretical MCC Training Course comprise 25 hours and includes formal classroom work, Air Plan Aviation GS approved inter-active video training, slide/tape presentation, and computer based training, progress tests, and sample exams.
  • Training in multi-crew co-operation of multi-pilot airplanes. The multi crew cooperation flying course in Air Plan Aviation shall comprise a total of at least 20 hours in an FNPT II MCC

Note: Air PlanAviation can offer the MCCC(A) in an Airbus A320 Simulator in order to better prepare the candidate for the airine industry. Variable rates apply
